We also include information on housing statistics, trends, valuation, "living green" and more.

Sharon Snyder has more than 33 years of experience in real estate sales, branch management and general operations management. Shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan, Sharon began her real estate career in Ann Arbor; it is her life-long passion. That passion was celebrated in 1991 when Sharon founded Prudential Snyder & Company, REALTORS ®.
Sharon serves as one of two real estate brokers in the nation on the Prudential Relocation Advisory Council. Sharon has served on numerous local boards including the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors and the Washtenaw County Development Council.
Sharon's company has won numerous sales awards from the Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Network, most recently the "Spirit of Partnership Award".

Nick Snyder is best known for his charismatic personality and attention to the details. Nick's CPA background and extensive real estate experience are two great assets for Prudential Snyder & Company, REALTORS ®. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and he has always been involved in many business and civic organizations. He was privileged to serve many years on the board of the "Ronald McDonald House". He is a past Treasurer and President of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors.
Nick is very knowledgeable and an invaluable resource when considering the local real estate investment opportunities and he is hands-on with the Property Management of Prudential Snyder & Company, REALTORS.
Beside his commitment to his many real estate clients, he most cherishes his life as a "family man". He has been married to Sharon Snyder since 1974 and is the proud "Dad" of Jordan, a PHD candidate at Stanford University, and his wife Christen.

Jon has over 30 years of sales management experience. He started his real estate career in 1999 after serving as a retail store General Manager for Jacobson's Stores and Saks Fifth Avenue. He served as a board member of the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority and is a past member of the Ann Arbor Summer Festival Development Committee. Jon currently serves on the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors Finance and Investment Committee. He is also a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association.

Sarah is the Director of Relocation and holds a Certified Relocation Professional designation from the Employee Relocation Council. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a graduate of Central Michigan University.
Sarah started working in relocation in 1998 and has assisted with thousands of moves.
