Julia Liu has more than 19 years of experience in real estate sales.  She is best known for her charismatic personality and attention to details.  After graduating from National Taiwan University & 6 years work experience in import/export international trade business, she moved to Ann Arbor in 1980 with her family. 

Julia has been involved in many local community activities and speaks fluent Mandarin, 

Taiwanese and can converse in Japanese. 

Coming from abroad, Julia has extensive knowledge of relocation concerns.  She also has special expertise with First Time Home Buyers, campus investment opportunities and recently became an EcoBroker.
