• “E Certified Professional” which is a designation I achieved as part of being computer and Internet savvy which all good real estate agents have to be today to stay up with the changing world of on-line real estate. Today it’s estimated that about 90 percent of all buyers begin their home search on the internet so it’s where my sellers have to be well represents to get the exposure they need to get buyers interested in purchasing their home.
• "Certified EcoBroker" This course is about energy efficiency, environmental issues like indoor air quality and "green" financing options. In addition to available tax credits, some banks offer a lower interest rate or loan costs if a home has green elements.  It’s a way for me to advise my clients about all the things they can do to conserve energy and leave a smaller carbon foot print on the environment which I think everyone is socially conscience about these days.  The more “green” we can make our homes today the better edge we will have on the continual inflation we will ultimately see in the foreseeable future.
